Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sharing clear photographs and order details through our customer support. After verification, we may provide a replacement product or a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that taste preferences, minor variations in appearance, or delays caused by courier services do not qualify for refunds or returns. We always ensure proper packaging, but once dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by our courier partners and may vary based on location.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment. For bulk and customized orders, refund or cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed prior to dispatch.
